🎉 What is it?

• Event Type: It's a (Point) 5 K run/walk fundraiser to benefit the annual fund of the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley.

❤️ Why Participate?

• Impact: Because up to 186 men, women, and children seek shelter at our homeless shelter each night and hundreds visit us for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• Your Support: Your support makes a difference!

🌟 What's Different About This Event?

• Unique Distance: The Point 5k is a grand total of 1,640 feet (0.5K) and is a fun family event that everyone can enjoy.
• No Typo: We really mean just 1,640 feet! (It’s just a little longer in distance than the Empire State Building is tall.)

💸 How Much?

• Low Registration Cost: Registration cost is extremely low to encourage families to participate: just $5 per person.
• Fun Elements: Fun elements will be added to the walk: like a donut stop at the half-way mark, a selfie station, oval point 5K car decals, and more fun found on the farm.

📅 When & Where?

• Date & Time: Event is Saturday, July 12, 2025, at Whitehouse Fruit Farm in Canfield, Ohio, with a 10 a.m. start.
• Parking: Free parking available.
• Scenic Walk: It's a nice walk around the pond on the farm, so be sure to wear appropriate shoes.
