- Inclusions: Registration includes a participant t-shirt, finisher medal, and chip-timed bib number. Medals limited to first 100 registered.
- Timing: The 5K will run entirely on the Columbiana cross-country course and is professionally timed by GCXC Racing - Youngstown.
- Packet Pick-Up: Race day registration and packet pick-up take place from 6:00pm-6:45pm.
- Start Time: The 5K begins at 7:00pm.
