• Event Name: Run for Caitlin 5K and 3K

🎁 Registration Details

• Included Items: Unique finisher medal, race swag bag, raffle tickets, refreshments, and a DJ.
• Shirt Purchase: Optional specially designed dry-fit race shirt available for $15.
• Size Guarantee: Shirt size guaranteed for those who register by JUNE 26, 2025.
• Swag Bag Availability: Only guaranteed to the first 200 pre-registered participants.

🏅 Awards and Recognition

• Finisher Medals: ALL finishers receive a unique medal.
• Awards: Special commemorative award for top three male and female finishers in both 3K and 5K.
• Age Group Awards: Top finishers in the following groups: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & Up.
• Timing: HCXC Racing - Youngstown will provide certified courses, custom bib numbers, and a professionally chip-timed finish line.

📅 Packet Pick-Up

• Date & Time: Friday, July 25th from 11am-5pm.
• Location: Second Sole in Boardman.
• Race Day Pick-Up: Canfield High School from 7:30am-8:45am.
• Note: Be sure to arrive early to avoid last-minute rush.

🌐 Virtual Option

• For Participants: Available for those not comfortable racing in person.
• Event Duration: From July 1st through July 31st.
• Distance: Run or walk your 5K or 3K distance in any location.
• Time Submission: Submit your time to josh@gcxcracing.com.

💲 Proceeds

• Beneficiary: Proceeds go towards Run for Caitlin Inc., a nonprofit corporation.
• Purpose: Awards scholarships to deserving students.
• Support: Help support future scholars through this event.
