🏃♂️ Event Overview
Join GCXC Racing for the second annual Greenway Half Marathon, 10K & 5K on Saturday, November 16th, 2024.
📍 Start Location
- Course Details: All three courses run on the paved Little Beaver Creek Greenway Trail and begin and finish at the Leetonia Trailhead.
- GPS Address: If you GPS One St. Peter Street, Leetonia, Ohio 44431 you will be able to see where the trail starts.
- No Parking: As a reminder, no parking at the trailhead on race day.
⏰ Race Start Times
- Half Marathon: Begins at 8:00am. There is a 3-hour time limit for the half marathon.
- 10K & 5K: Begin at 8:15am.
🏅 Participant Perks
Unique finisher medals and custom long sleeve shirts only guaranteed to those participants registered by November 1st.
🚌 Transportation Information
- Parking: Participants will park at Leetonia High School and be bussed to the trailhead for the start of the race.
- Bus Schedule: Buses are available from 6:45am-7:40am.
- Bus Ride Duration: The bus ride from the high school to the trailhead is five minutes.
- Return Busing: Bussing will be available to take participants back to the high school after the race until 11:30am.
🎟️ Packet Pick-Up
- Location: Packet pick-up will take place at Leetonia High School.
- Time: 6:30am-7:30am.
🚻 Facilities
- Restrooms: Available at the Leetonia trailhead.
- Bag Check: Bag check tags will be handed out at registration. Tag your bag, carry it on the shuttle, and self-check it in at the gazebo at the start/finish.
🍕 Post-Race Refreshments
Refreshments and snacks are available at the finish line.
🏆 Awards
Overall and age group awards for both races. Awards will be presented to participants shortly after they finish.
