HOPE's 14th Annual Sham Rock N Run 5k

🏃‍♂️ Event Details

• Event: HOPE's 14th Annual Sham Rock N' Run 5k
• Date: Saturday, March 8, 2025
• Race Start Time: 8:00 AM, Registration opens at 7:00 AM
• Location: St. Luke's Lutheran Church, Oviedo, FL

🎽 Registration Benefits

• Shirts: The first 700 to register will receive a Performance T-shirt, Finisher’s Medal, and a custom race bib.
• T-shirt Sizes: Adult sizes only, not guaranteed after January 26th, 2025.
• Costume Contest: Dress in your St. Patty's Day best! Prizes for the best costumes and largest team.
• Race Bags: All attendees will receive a race bag filled with your event t-shirt and 5K swag.

🧺 Food Pantry Support

• Donation Request: Participants are encouraged to fill and return their race bags with non-perishable food items.
• Drop-off Location: Please drop off your filled food bags on race day at the Stonebreaker Homes & RE/MAX Town & Country table.
• Children: Strollers are welcome to attend for free. All strollers must start at the back of the pack.
• Parking: Available on-site at no charge.

🚫 Racecourse Guidelines

• Safety: No skates, skateboards, bikes, or non-service animals will be allowed on the racecourse.
• Awards: Awards will be given to the top 3 male/female runners in various age categories.
• Age Categories: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
• Proceeds: All proceeds benefit HOPE Helps, Inc., which aims to prevent and reduce homelessness in Central Florida.

📦 Packet Pick Up

• Location: Beers and Gordon, 313 S. Central Ave, Oviedo, FL 32765
• Dates: Thursday, March 6th 10AM-5:30PM, Friday, March 7th 10AM-5:30PM, Saturday, March 8th 7AM at St. Luke's.
• Volunteer Opportunities: Check back for volunteering options for Sham Rock N Run 5k.
• Uncollected Items: If you are not present on race day, your shirt and medal will be available for pick up at HOPE Helps from March 10th through March 14th, 2025.

💰 Additional Information

• Mailing Option: Shirts and medals can be mailed for an additional $5 postage fee. Email events@hopehelps.org for more details.
• No Refunds: No refunds or transfers will be given.
