Description: Join us as we remember and honor our fallen heroes. Participate in MWR’s Ruck workout fitness event which includes a 2 mile Ruck Run followed by a Circuit Workout Challenge.
Location: Multi Purpose Field at NAS NORTH ISLAND
Wave Times:
First Wave: 0700-0800
Second Wave: 0800-0900
Third Wave: 1100-1200
Fourth Wave: 1200-1300
Weight Requirements: Participants are encouraged to wear their own Weighted Ruck or Vest filled with 15 lbs. (min) to 45 lbs. (max).
