Our second annual charity 5K will be held on June 28, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. The event will take place at Horseshoe Lake in Succasunna NJ and all proceeds will go to John Bauer aka JOHN BEAR.
👶 About John Bear
- Birth Date: December 17, 2020
- Health Issues: Inherited a rare genetic disorder, known as a COL4A1 mutation (Gould Syndrome).
- Diagnosis: Diagnosed with Infantile Spasms and multi-system disorders affecting his organs.
- Recent Treatment: Underwent surgeries in January 2023 and March 2023 for epilepsy management.
🕖 Race Day Details
- Registration Start: 7:00 a.m. by the Imagination Station in Horseshoe Lake.
- Event Time: 8:30 a.m.
- Price: $30.00: Children 10 and under are free.
- Theme: Farm
🎉 Post Race Celebration
- Food & Drinks: Bagels, coffee, cold beverages, and music will be provided.
- Awards: Given to the top 3 Male and Female runners.
- Shirts: A shirt will be given to the first 250 people registered.
