XC Summer Series

🏃‍♂️ Event Details

• Series Name: ARQ NJ Trail Series is bringing back a weekly series of 5K events from April 28 until September 1 2026 on Tuesday nights.
• Total Races: Total of 14 races over the series.
• Schedule: April 28, May 4, off for the 11th, Back on 19, 26, June 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, July off for the 7th and 14th, back on 21, 28, August off for international wedding on Aug 4th and 11th, back for Aug 18 and 25.
• Final Race: September 1 will be last race of 2026.

🌳 Course Information

• Location: The course is in the old Greystone complex now called Central Park and a part of the Morris County Parks.
• Events: It is also the home of the High School Cross Country meets.

👟 Purpose of Series

• Inclusivity: The purpose of the series is to introduce cross country running to all people.
• Accessibility: The course will be open to all ages and all abilities.
• Participation: Walkers welcome.

💵 Costs and Registration

• Payment: Pay day of with cash, check, venmo or paypal for the whole series or 1 race at a time.

• Day of Prices: Youth: $8 night of registration. Entire series $50. Adult: $10 night of registration. Entire series $85.

💻 Online Pricing

• Series Registration: You may register and pay for the entire series at any time: 14 races.
• Youth Pricing: $50.
• Adult Pricing: $85.

🏁 Race Experience

• Timing: You will receive a race chip and accurate timing every week.
• Refreshments: After race refreshments will be served.
• Awards: No shirt or weekly awards will be given.

🌦️ Race Schedule

• Weather: Each weeknight race will go on Rain or Shine.
• Start Time: Races start at 6:45pm.
• Registration: Registrations begin at 6:00pm.
