This year's Donut Dash 5K will take place in beautiful and historic Downtown Winter Garden. Run or walk through the timeless neighborhoods and down by Lake Apopka!

👮♂️ Support a Great Cause
- Foundation: Join us for this great event and support the Winter Garden Police Athletic League.
- Programs: The Police Athletic League provides a free 8 week summer camp for 140 underprivileged and at-risk kids.
- Holiday Support: The PAL provides a Holiday Gift’s for Kids Program, supplying gifts and meal vouchers for 400 local in-need children.
- Mission: Help ensure these kids have a joyful holiday season!
🎉 Fun Race Details
EAT DONUTS, RUN, EAT DONUTS, HAVE FUN!!!
Here is how it works...You can run this just like a regular 5k or you can...
EAT DONUTS!!!
- Donut Zones: Every donut eaten in one of the three “donut zones” will take 30 seconds off your final run time.
- Example: Eat 4 donuts and 2 minutes will be taken off your final run time.
- Bonus: Anyone who eats 12 or more donuts will receive 1 additional minute per donut taken off their final run time.
- Locations: Donut zones will be at the 1 mile, 2 mile, and 3 mile marks of the course.
👦👧 Kids Fun Run
- Entry: Each adult entry includes 1 free child’s entry into the kid’s fun-run.
- Eligibility: Additional children can participate at no extra cost!
- Distance: The mini donut fun-run is a 1/2 mile run where kids (5-10 years old) can also run and eat a donut.
- Shirts: Kids in the fun run will not receive t-shirts.
🎵 Event Extras
- Entertainment: LIVE MUSIC, sponsor tents, and giveaways!
- Medals: All registered participants will receive a race medal.
- Finishers: Medals will be awarded to top finishers in various categories.
- Costumes: BEST DONUT COSTUME PRIZE!
📅 Registration Information
- Online Registration: Open until Friday, November 7th 11:59pm.
- Race Day: Registration available on race day with cash or credit cards accepted.
- Packet Pick-up: Friday, Nov. 7th from 3:00-7:00pm at Winter Garden Police Department.
- Location: Newton Park – 1 Surprise Drive Winter Garden, FL 34787.
🕒 Race Day Schedule
- Late Registration: Starts at 6:15 AM.
- 5K Start: 8:00 AM.
- Kids Fun Run: Line up at approx. 9:15 AM, race time 9:30 AM.
