🗓️ Day of Event Schedule

• 6:30 a.m.: Registration & Pre-Registration Opens
• 8:00 a.m.: 5K Race Start - Youth 5k Starts at the same time
• 9:00 a.m.: Kids run - no chip timing
• 8:45 a.m.: Awards ceremony

T-Shirt 👕 Guaranteed for Participants

Shirts are guaranteed for all pre-registered participants before November 25th. Once a shirt is sold out you will see sold out. Shirts are not guaranteed on race day.

🏆 Awards

Awards will be provided to the top 3 Males and Top 3 Females and top 3 in the following age groups: include 6 & under, 7-9, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74-75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+.

Ruck Sack Division

This division entails walking or hiking while carrying a weighted rucksack or backpack. It is a staple of military training, as soldiers must be able to carry weapons, food and other supplies for long distances. Embrace an even HEAVIER challenge when you sign up for the Ruck Division. 15 pound & 30 pounds are the two divisions.

📦 Registration & Packet Pick-up

• Location: O2B KIDS - 1175 Oviedo Mall Boulevard, Oviedo, FL 32765
• Dates: November 14 - November 26, 2025, 9:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
• Note: November 26 Saturday Closing time is 5pm
• Packet Pick-up: Not available on Sunday, November 24th.

🚗 Parking

Parking is plentiful next to the race start location. The race starts and ends at the same location.

🕒 Timing & Scoring

Race will be timed and scored with a disposable chip provided, which will be attached to the back of the bib.

• Where do I park? Free parking is available. More info coming soon!
• How long is the course? The 5K is 3.1 miles.
• How will I be timed? The race uses an electronic timing system that records race time and place via a transponder chip that will be given out at registration.
• Can I participate in the event with my dog? Yes, dogs are welcome.

🌧️ Weather Policy

The race is a "rain or shine" event. All participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for the weather. Umbrellas can pose a safety hazard to others, so please do not bring them.

What will be provided after the race?
An awards ceremony will take place after the race at the start/finish location.

Can I transfer my entry to someone else?
We have a strict NO TRANSFER policy.
