📏 Course Features

• Configuration: Double out-and-back lap courses
• Distance: Marathon lap approximately 2.2 miles, with marathon being twelve laps
• Course Safety: Open course with two street crossings each lap
• Tracking: Rubber bands available to help track laps

🧊 Aid Station Details

• Location: Aid station at start/finish point, passed twice each lap
• Supplies: Chilled water, Gatorade, sweet and salty snacks
• Hydration: Bring your own hydration device for the cupless race
• Additional Items: Ice for cooling and salty snacks provided

🔥 Heat Safety

• Weather: Florida typically hot and humid
• Ice Supplies: Ice for water bottles and cooling towels
• Nutrition: Pickles, olives, and pickle juice available
• Cooling Strategies: Have cooling drinks and snacks

🌙 Lighting Requirements

• For Distances: 50K, Marathon and Half Marathon participants need a light
• Timing: It won’t get light until around 6:40

🚻 Restroom Access

• Location: A short walk from the start/finish area
• Access: You’ll pass restrooms during each lap

🎒 Drop Bag Information

• Location: Start/finish is at a small pavilion for drop bags

🏁 Finish Line Procedures

• Timing: Must notify the timer upon finishing
• Record Time: Place the tear-off tab from your bib on the ticket spike
• Accuracy: Without notifying the timer, you won't have an accurate finish time

• Volunteers Needed: Each full volunteer day earns a free run
