🏃‍♂️ Race Information

• Dates: Saturday, May 3, 2025, and Sunday, May 4, 2025
• Place: Cady Way Park (Trailhead), 2529 Cady Way, Winter Park, FL 32792
• What: Labor Day Triple-- 50K, Marathon, Half marathon, 10K, and 5K each day
• Start Times: Marathon and 50K -- 5:00 am: Half Marathon -- 5:10: 5K and 10K -- 7:00

• Overflow Parking: Nearby overflow parking lot and a school across the street
• Convenience: All locations are convenient

• Courses: Not certified and not designed for speed.
• Awards: No age group awards, no t-shirts, no bling.
• Hydration: Cupless—bring your own bottle.

🎉 What to Expect

• Experience: Low-key, casual, fun events. Great for first timers.
• Not Certified: This is not a certified or sanctioned course—NOT a Boston qualifier.
• What You Don’t Get: t-shirt, hat, socks, age group awards, and typical race amenities.
• What You Do Get: Low entry fees, a cheap finisher’s medal, generous time limit, and a published finish time.

🏞️ Course Information

• Course Type: Lap courses, double out-and-back multiple times.
• Pavement: The paved, urban trail is flat and largely shaded.
• Street Crossings: Includes two street crossings each lap.
• Course Lengths: Marathon is twelve laps, half is six laps: 5K and 10K vary in laps.

💧 Water Stations and Hydration

• Aid Station: At start/finish location: supplies chilled water, Gatorade, snacks.
• No Cups: This is a cupless race: bring your own hydration device.
• Ice: Provided for cooling and hydration.
• Bathroom Access: Located a short walk from start/finish but accessible each lap.

🎖️ Finish Line Details

• Timing: Ring the bell or inform the timer upon finishing.
• No Chips: We are hand-timed: you must inform us to record your time.

👥 Participation and Volunteers

• World-Class Athletes: Expect a diverse field with many marathon completions.
• Volunteers Needed: Full days of volunteering earn free race entries.
