🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

Come STORM THE PARK at Adventureland and complete a 5k fun run this summer!

You will get to fly by the Viking, get scared by the Monster, conquer the Tornado and get shot into space! Grab the family and enjoy a run or walk through the park before it opens! Your entry into the 5k also includes an Adventureland pass good any time during the season and a parking pass good for the day of the race.

• Unique Features: Join Altoona Running Club as we host a unique event at Adventureland Resort for the second year!
• Finisher Medal: Your registration will include a finisher medal, featuring a tornado.

📅 Event Details

Saturday June 28th, 2025 at 8AM we will take off from and finish at the carousel. We will be starting and finishing in the park this year and have our after party in the pavilion.

❤️ Charity Contributions

Altoona Running Club will be making a donation of a portion of the proceeds from this run to Shriners Children's and the Za-Ga-Zig Shriners in Altoona. We have donated nearly $10,000 as a club to local charities in the community and state.

• Date and Time: Saturday, June 28th, 6:30-7:45 AM
• New Location: Adventureland Front Gate, 3200 Adventureland Drive, Altoona, IA 50009 - Note the new location this year so that you are close to the race start.
