🏅 Program Details
- Basic: For beginner/intermediate runners with a goal to improve speed and running form.
- Advanced: For experienced runners with a goal of increasing speed & running their fastest race.
- Schedule: Typically includes more mileage/speed work for advanced runners.
- Training Coaches: Schedules written by experienced RRCA Certified Coaches.

- Group Runs: Weekly on Sat AM & Tue PM
- Goal Race: Freedom Day 4-Miler
