Join us for the SARR Pick Up the Pace (PUP) Spring Training Program - we have a place for every pace!
📅 Program Dates
- Start Date: Apr 19, 2025
- End Date: Jul 4, 2025
- Programs: Basic & Advanced
- Basic: For beginner/intermediate runners with a goal to improve speed and running form.
- Advanced: For experienced runners with a goal of increasing speed & running their fastest race. The advanced schedule typically includes more mileage/speed work.
📍 Kickoff Location
- Location: Lady Bird Johnson Park (pavilion near the Trailhead), 10700 Nacogdoches Rd, San Antonio, TX 78217
- Coaches: Training schedules written by experienced RRCA Certified Coaches.
- Group Runs: Weekly Group Runs Sat AM & Tue PM.
- Goal Race: Freedom Day 4-Miler
