- Yoga Session: 9 AM - 15 Minute Yoga Session - Suitable for all levels presented by Yoga 6 of Glen Mills.
- 5K Race: 9:20 AM - 5K chip-timed race through the vineyard and 1st State Historical National Park! (PA portion)
- Registration: Custom tech tee included or upgrade to Women’s Racerback Tank Top for $5 extra. Please Register by Aug. 22 at midnight to guarantee first choice.
- Wine Included: A Glass of Wine included (additional wine available for purchase).
- Souvenir Glass: Souvenir Custom-designed Stemless Wine Glass included.

- Participation: Walkers and all ages welcome. Need to register to participate and start on time behind runners after yoga.
- Packet Pick Up: Packet Pick Up on Race Day between 7:30-8:30 AM at Good Day for a Run tent @ Penns Woods Winery.
- Weather Policy: Race is Rain or Shine. No refunds or deferrals.
- Dogs: Dogs permitted on property, but not on race course. Jogging strollers not permitted on course.
