Join the fun Sunday, May 18, 2025. Gather with your friends, neighbors, and family for a run or walk featuring beautiful Candler Park neighborhood streets and the Freedom Park Path. All proceeds from the event benefit the Mary Lin Elementary PTA.
📍 Start/Finish Location
- Location: The 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run start and finish at Mary Lin Elementary School (586 Candler Park Dr NE Atlanta, GA 30307).
📅 Event Details
- Registration Deadline: Participants who register prior to April 18th can elect to receive the limited edition 2025 Rocket Run Shirt. T-shirt availability and sizing are not guaranteed for participants registering after April 18th.
- Start Times: Family friendly start time - 5K - 8:00 AM, 1 Mile - 9:00 AM.
- Participants: Runners, Walkers, and Strollers welcome.
- Qualifier: AJC Peachtree Road Race Qualifier.
⏰ Event Day Schedule
- 7:00 AM: Race Day Number Pick-Up & Registration opens.
- 8:40 AM: Race Day Number Pick-up & Registration closes.
- 8:00 AM: Rocket Run 5K start.
- 9:00 AM: 1 Mile Fun Run start.
- 10:00 AM: 5K Awards.
