🏃‍♂️ Race Overview

• Date: Saturday, June 14, 2025
• Time: Starts at 7:00 AM
• Location: Kahakai Park, Pahoa, HI
• Distances: 5K, 10K, ½ Marathon

🌳 Course Details

• Start Point: Oceanfront Kahakai Park
• Path: Run/walk under old-growth mango and lauhala trees along Old Govt Beach Rd
• ½ Marathon: Runs to HWY 132, about 1 mile up the Hwy, then back
• End Time: Event ends at 10:00 AM

📍 Directions to Kahakai Park

• Route: From HWY 130, take Kahakai Blvd
• Landmark: Just past the Pahoa Roundabout
• End Point: Follow to the very end to reach the park

🚰 Hydration and Aid Stations

• Provided: Aid stations will be available
• Recommendation: Bring your own hydration in case it is hot
• Snacks: Available at the end of the race

📝 Registration Information

• On-Site Sign Up: Day of race between 6:30 to 6:50
• Cost: Free for BIRR members, $10 donation for non-members
• Note: If you are a BIRR Member, the $10 donation will be dropped from your registration
