DeLeon Springs State Park is hosting the annual DELEON DASH 5K Run taking place inside and around the state park! Come run, walk, jog with us through the woods, beside the spring, past the Old Sugar Mill, under the majestic oaks! Your support and participation will help us protect our beautiful spring, our history, and the fascinating flora and fauna of Central Florida. We encourage everyone to come out and join us for an invigorating run, followed by your choice of park activities for the whole family!! Enjoy the spring pool, nature trail, wildlife, boat rentals, playground, eco-history boat tour, a make-your-own-pancakes experience, visitor center, stand up paddleboards, and more!

💰 Entry Fees

• Early Registration: 02/07 – 06/30 = $30
• Regular Registration: 07/01 – 09/30 = $40
• Late Registration: 10/01 – 11/08 = $45

Note: IF YOU REGISTER AFTER OCTOBER 11, YOU MIGHT NOT RECEIVE YOUR DESIRED SHIRT SIZE.

📝 Registration

Online Pre-Registration is open through Friday, November 7th at midnight.

📅 Schedule of Events

• Early Packet Pickup: Friday, November 7th, 4 - 7 PM at the Christian Family Worship Center at 265 Ponce DeLeon Blvd.
• Race Day Packet Pickup: Saturday, November 8, 6:15 - 7:20 AM at DeLeon Springs State Park.
• Race Start: Saturday, November 8th, 7:30 AM.
• Registration Cap: Registration will be capped at 250 entries.

Registration is final, and there are no refunds for any reason. Thank you for your donation.

Please note that pets are not allowed at this event.

🎉 Post-Race Activities

Choose your activity:

• Swimming: Jump into the spring pool for a swim.
• Nature Walk: Walk it out on the nature trail.
• Stroll: Stroll on the dock to observe nature.
• Pancake Making: Make your own pancakes at the Old Sugar Mill ($).

• Finisher's Medal: Medal for all finishers.
• Awards: Custom Awards for Age Groups and Overall.
• Timing: Chipped-Timed Race with searchable online results.

🚰 Food & Water

There will be Water Stops with cups within the race course and at the Finish Line. Post-race refreshments will include healthy snacks and complimentary mini pancakes from Old Sugar Mill Pancake House.

🅿️ Parking

Parking is available inside the park. Arrive before 7:00 AM for complimentary entrance to the state park.

⏱️ Race Timing

The race will be professionally timed by Runner's High Timing and Race Management. Disposable electronic tags will be attached to the bib number. Please wear your bib number to the front, pinned at all four corners, visible and unaltered. Results will be posted at the race and online immediately following the race on the registration page.
