St Francis Reflections presents the D.A.S.H In Life 5K on Saturday, November 09, 2023 at 8:00 AM!
- Purpose: Join us in honoring Veterans with Devotion Admiration Service and Honor at the DASH in Life 5K benefiting the "We Honor Veterans" Program at St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care.
- Unity: Together, we will ensure they feel the gratitude of our nation for their service.
- Participation: You and your team can run in honor or memory of a Veteran. You can walk, run, march, skip and you can even spirit run the event.
- Accessibility: This event is open to all ages and will be held at the beautiful Brevard Veterans Memorial Center on Merritt Island.
🏅 Event Details
Stay after the race to help celebrate the Veterans in attendance with a special pinning ceremony. Veterans- please indicate status on registration to be included in pinning.

- Date 1: November 8th: 10:00 am - 6:30 pm at Running Zone (3696 N Wickham Rd, Melbourne, FL 32935)
- Date 2: November 9th: 7:00 am - 7:45 am at Brevard Veterans Memorial Center (400 S Sykes Creek Pkwy, Merritt Island, FL 32952)
