- 5:00 AM: Transition Area (TA) Opens: Bike Number Attached and Body Marking required to enter Transition
- 6:40 AM: Transition Closes / Final Call for participants to go to Pier end
- 7:00 AM: Race Starts
🥇 Awards Ceremony
- Time: 9:00 AM (Approx. Time)
- Breakfast: Begins when all Racers have finished.
- Prizes & Giveaways: Available at the ceremony.

TRIATHLON COURSE - SWIM/BIKE/RUN
- SWIM: 0.25 mile Rectangle course around the historic Melbourne Beach Pier in the Indian River Lagoon.
- BIKE: 12 miles Out and back loop: long, straight, flat and fast along A1A.
- RUN: 3.1 miles (5K) Loop through peaceful residential beach-side neighborhoods.
DUATHLON COURSE - RUN/BIKE/RUN
- RUN #1: 2 miles Loop through residential beach-side neighborhoods.
- BIKE: 12 miles Out and back loop: long, straight, flat and fast along A1A.
- RUN #2: 3.1 miles (5K) Loop through peaceful residential beach-side neighborhoods.
AQUABIKE COURSE - SWIM/BIKE
- SWIM: 0.25 mile Rectangle course around the historic Melbourne Beach Pier in the Indian River Lagoon.
- BIKE: 12 miles Out and back loop: long, straight, flat and fast along A1A.
- Transition Time: Your Time STOPS at Transition Entrance.
