SVDP Church of Our Saviour FOP 5K Run/Walk

🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Event Name: Friends of the Poor Walk
• Organizer: Society of St. Vincent de Paul

• Location: 5301 North Atlantic Avenue, Cocoa Beach, FL

This event is being held to raise awareness and funds supporting the local Conference of Our Saviour's in Cocoa Beach.

🛣️ Race Details

• Course: A 5K out and back run or walk from the Church parking lot onto Banana River Drive and nearby residential neighborhood.
• Registration Fee: $28.00 (plus fees)
• Kids Registration: $15.00 (ages Pre-K through 17 years old)
• Kids Dash: Free kids dash after the 5K is completed.

🥤 Post-Race Refreshments

Post-race refreshments will be available for participants.

📅 Packet Pick-Up

• Location: Cocoa Beach Health and Fitness, 1355 N Atlantic Ave, Cocoa Beach, FL 32931
• Date: Friday, 9/26 from 4:00-7:00 p.m.
• Race Day Pick-Up: Available at the race site.

⏰ Event Schedule

• 6:45 a.m.: Same Day registration and Packet Pick Up
• 7:30 a.m.: Registration Closes
• 8:00 a.m.: Race Start

⌚ Chip Timing

All participants are chip timed.

• Overall Male: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place
• Overall Female: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place
• Overall Male Masters: Awarded
• Overall Female Masters: Awarded

🌟 Youth Awards

To highlight the importance of the youth in our community we will also be giving the following awards:

• Top 3 Males: Categories for ages 5-8, 9-11, 12-14, 15-17
• Top 3 Females: Categories for ages 5-8, 9-11, 12-14, 15-17

🚗 Parking

Parking will be located at Our Saviour Catholic Church.

🐾 Dogs

Dogs are welcomed, but they must be on a leash.
