Scale the Space Needle’s two open-air staircases, taking in incredible views of downtown Seattle, Mt. Rainier, and the beauty of Puget Sound as you ascend 832 steps to the top of Seattle’s most iconic landmark! All donations raised for this charity stairclimb go to Fred Hutch and the Space Needle Foundation. To date, Base 2 Space has raised over $4 million for lifesaving cancer research.
Fred Hutch Cancer Center unites comprehensive individualized care and advanced research to provide the latest cancer treatment options and while accelerating discoveries that prevent, treat, and cure cancer and infectious diseases worldwide. Based in Seattle, Fred Hutch is an independent, nonprofit organization and the only National Cancer Institute-designated cancer center in Washington.
