Join us in our 3rd Annual I Run for Ronald 5k on Saturday, May 3rd!

🎯 Event Details

• Date: 2025-05-03
• Location: 4063 Spokane Ln, Seattle, WA
• Registration: Visit here to sign up.
• Time: The in-person 5k will be held from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

By signing up for the 5k you are pledging to run/walk/bike 3.1 miles in support of RMHC! All proceeds will benefit Ronald McDonald House of Western Washington and Alaska and the Alpha Delta Pi Foundation.

📈 Past Participation

• Covid-19 Response: In past years, we hosted our first ever virtual 5k with OVER 200 participants.
• Fundraising Success: We raised over $18,000 in 2021 and over $26,000 in 2022.
• Nationwide Participation: Participants gathered all over the U.S. to show their support.
• Every Dollar Counts: All proceeds went to RMHC!

OUR RACE ROUTE HAS BEEN POSTED!!! To find our route, go to the photos tab and click "Race Route" to get a photo image of our route. We will have marking flags, ADPis, and chalk along the route to help guide you! The green dot indicates the start, and the red dot is the end. The yellow stars indicate our water stations!
