The 7th annual Aaron Butler Memorial Purple Heart Run (ABMPHR) will be held on Saturday, August 16th, 2025 at Eagle Island State Park and surrounding trail system. Eagle Island has done some renovations, and it is looking NICE!
📅 Event Details
- Race Options: 5K, 10K, Unknown Distance Run (we guarantee no less than 400M and no more than 50K, YOU WILL NOT KNOW the final distance until you finish).
- Experience: Awesome trail running experience, not a Boston Qualifier, no chip-timing.
- Community Focus: Routes lined with pictures and stories of our brothers and sisters who gave their lives in service of our Nation.
- Youth Involvement: Don't forget about our 16-and-under Youth 5K, focusing on youth leadership development through service and sacrifice.
