🏃‍♂️ Event Overview

• Event Name: 2025 Down Syndrome Awareness Walk/Run hosted by Delta theta tau, Zeta Zeta Chapter Plymouth
• Event Types: 1 Mile Fun Run and 5K Run/Walk
• Date: October 5, 2025 for the first annual Down syndrome Awareness walk/run
• Location: Centennial Park 1660 N. Michigan St. Plymouth, IN 46563 (Big Hill in Plymouth Park near the tennis courts)

📍 Race Location

• Parking: Parking will take place across the street from the big hill near the baseball field.
• T-Shirt Pickup: T-shirt pickup and registration check-in will take place starting at 1PM.
• Ceremonies Start: Opening ceremonies and fun run to start at 2:30 PM. 5K will start about 20-30 minutes after the fun run.

🍔 Event Highlights

• Food Trucks: We will have several food trucks on site.
• Raffles: Participate in raffles and a 50/50 draw.
• Registration Deadline: To be guaranteed a t-shirt you must register by September 19th.
• Beneficiary: Proceeds will benefit special needs students receiving Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services in the towns of Plymouth, Argos, and Bourbon.
