The Nappanee Apple Festival Donut Dash 5K will take place on September 20, 2025, at Nappanee Elementary School, located at 755 E Van Buren St, Nappanee, IN.

Start and Finish: The event will start and finish at Nappanee Elementary School.
Inclusivity: Whether you are an experienced competitive runner or a beginner, everyone is welcome!
Post-Race Fun: After your run or walk, take some time to enjoy the small-town shops and all that the Nappanee Apple Festival has to offer with family and friends!

New Distance: We are adding a 1 mile (13 and Up) run and 5K and 1M Combo.
Bundle Offer: The Maple Syrup & Donut Dash 5K Bundle allows you to save 10% on each event!
Multi-Race Registration Restrictions: Coupons and vouchers are not allowed.

📅 Registration Information

Registration Dates: Registration opens for the 5K only from November 28, 2024, till April 27, for $15.00 as part of the Maple Syrup & Donut Dash 5K Bundle.
Pricing Tiers: Various pricing tiers are available from April to September.
Online Registration: Online registration ends on September 20, 2025, at 8:30 AM.

🥤 Refreshments & Awards

Finish Line Treats: All participants will receive apple, donut, and apple cider at the finish line.
Awards: 1 Mile Awards for ages 12 and under & 13 and under will be given to the top 3 boys and 3 girls. Overall prizes for the 5K will be awarded to the top three men and women.
Age Group Awards: Custom apple awards for top male & female runners in various age categories.

🚻 General Information

Packet Pickup: Will be held Friday night September 19 from 6-8 PM & Saturday morning September 20 from 7 AM - 8:15 AM at Nappanee Elementary School.
Paking & Bathrooms: Available at Nappanee Elementary School.
Street Closures: East Marion St will be closed from 7 - 10 AM on race morning.
Shuttles: There is a shuttle at Nappanee Elementary to take you to Downtown Nappanee to the Nappanee Apple Festival.

🐕 Dog Guidelines

All dogs must be kept on a NON-retractable leash and under supervision at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Any dog displaying aggressive behavior toward people or other dogs must be immediately removed from the race by its owner.
