Program Type: A FREE 8-week program designed to help get you across the finish line of your first 5K (3.1 Miles).
Community Support: Participants will benefit by running with a group of like-minded individuals who will help keep you accountable during your training journey.
Training Elements: You can expect proper form, stretching, hydration, and nutrition information.
Training Schedule: We will meet on Tuesdays at 6 PM, Thursdays at 9 AM, and Saturdays at 7 AM at Fleet Feet Hickory.
