Have you always dreamed of crossing the finish line of a 5k but didn't know where to start? Or perhaps you're looking to restart your running journey? Maybe you just want to start moving with a group. Join us by registering for our RunWalk Arkansas 9 week clinic to help guide you every step of the way and finish with our 5K celebration.

📅What's Included

• Kick-Off Party: Celebrate the start of your journey.
• 9 weeks of training: Group-led sessions designed for all fitness levels.
• Personalized Coaching: Support from leaders who started just like you.
• Supportive Community: Connect with fellow walkers/runners.

📅Clinic Details

• Kick-off Party: March 3rd at 6pm at Ben Geren Park Storm Shelter. Meet group leaders, get answers, enjoy snacks, and win door prizes.
• Clinic Dates: March 10 to May 8, every Monday and Thursday @ 6pm.
• Training Location: Ben Geren Regional Park.
• 5K Event: Hosted by The Barracks at Chaffee on Saturday, May 10th @ 7am.

🎉5K Celebration

But wait that's not all! With the clinic you are registered for the 5k celebration, so with your newfound skills you will be able to proudly cross the finish line.

💲Pricing Details

• Clinic and 5k Package: $40 includes 9 weeks of guided training, 5k entry, an official race t-shirt, a finishers medal, and a post-race party with refreshments.
• 5K Entry: $30 includes entry, a finishers medal, and a race t-shirt. Price increases to $40 on race day.
• Kids Fun Run: $15 for ages 12 and under, includes an official race t-shirt and a special kids medal.
