San Mateo PAL in collaboration with Stride for Awareness present:

🎉PAL's 5K Run/Walk and Wellness Fair

Join us May 31, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Seal Point Park in San Mateo. This day is dedicated to supporting health and mental wellness, encouraging community partnerships and educating about diverse resources.

🏅5K Run/Walk Details

• Participation Fee: Start the day with a 5K Run or Walk on the bay trail at Seal Point Park!
• Strollers and Dogs: Welcome with mindfulness to other participants.
• Race T-shirt: Included in registration.
• Wellness Fair: Stay after the 5K Run/Walk to attend our FREE Wellness Fair at Seal Point Park that starts at 9 a.m.

🌟Wellness Fair Information

• Complimentary: Join San Mateo PAL for the Wellness Fair at Seal Point Park starting at 9:00 am.
• Health Vendors: This fair features community, health and wellness vendors.
• Free Entry: The Wellness Fair is FREE to all event attendees!

🏆Team Participation

• Prize Opportunity: The Team Lead with the highest team participation on event day will win an exclusive prize.
• Create a Race Group/Team: During registration, you will be asked the question: "Would you like to join or create a Group/Team?" Select “Yes.”
• Group Types: Friends and Family, Team Building, Student/Youth Groups.
• Group Name Ideas: Wellness Warriors, Advocates for Awareness, Not Fast, Just Furious, Run Like the Winded, Students for Mental Health, Sole Mates.

👥Joining a Group

• Method 1: During registration, you will be asked the question: "Would you like to join or create a Group/Team?" Select “Yes.” Choose the Group Name you would like to join.
• Method 2: On the event page, navigate to the menu tab labeled “More.” Select “Group/Teams.” You will see a list of active groups. If you see the name of the group you want to join, click the green “Join” button.
