Looking for an opportunity to run a fast time mid-week, Here is your opportunity. Join us at the Kean University Distance Carnival!!! There would be food, music, and more!

📅 Dates, Times & Events

• Date: 2025-04-11
• Location: Alumni Stadium, Union, NJ
• Meet #1 Start Time: 7:00 PM
• Key Events: 5000m, 1500m, 800m, 400m

👥 Eligibility

• Age: Adult/Open/College/Junior college only
• General Entry: Open to Open, Club, and Collegiate runners, High School, etc.
• Spectator Fee: $5 admission fee required.
• Spike Policy: 1/4 inch pyramid spikes allowed only.

• Runners Report: To the end of the 100m Finish line for wristband and bib number.

🍔 Food Policy

Outside food and beverage is NOT allowed to be brought into the arena. Alumni Stadium provides the opportunity for individual food and beverage purchases at the concession stand.

🏆 Registration & Fees

• Pre-Registration: Register on RunSignUp by 4 PM on race day.
• Entry Fee: $20 per individual event, $15 for Kean Alumni or Cougar Running Club members.
• On-site Registration: Available for $30.
• Day of Registration Process: Complete registration card and payment at the table.

📝 Schedule & Procedures

All events are run mixed gender unless specified. Heats are arranged fast to slow, and a rolling time schedule unless otherwise noted. An approximate time schedule will be available at the clerking table on race day after registration closes.

• Shot Put - 4 attempts, no finals
