🏃♀️ Event Overview
- Join Us: Join the Falls Road Running Store Ladies Night Track training group Wednesday evenings this spring and summer!
- When: Each Wednesday, starting at 6:30 PM, from April 16 - June 25, 2025.
- Where: Loyola/Hopkins Track, 1101 E. 33rd St., Baltimore, MD 21218.
- Who: Ladies who want to learn, have fun, work hard, and train together!
💪 Training Details
- Target Audience: Are you a former track star? Never run track? Played a different sport? All runners welcome, including walkers with speed!
- Coaching: Coached by women coaches, certified through USATF and USTFCCCA, with experience locally, nationally, and internationally.
- Approach: We meet you where you are at and will challenge you in a fun way to grow and improve your speed and athletic confidence.
- Session Structure: Each session will include a group warmup, drill instruction, track workout, with mobility and strength add-ons.
