🏃‍♂️Race Overview

The 2025 Escape Through The Cape 5k and 1 mile fun run will be held on Saturday, April 26th, 2025. Come out to the Cape Saint Claire Elementary School for our 8:30 am start time and stay for our Fit Family Festival through 11 AM.

🎽Registration Details

Registration is available online until 4/25/25 and on race day starting at 7:30 AM. Short sleeve technical shirts (Youth S - Adult 4XL) are available to those who register by 4/11/25.

• Registration Fee: $30
• Deadline for Technical Shirts: 4/11/25
• Race Day Registration: Starts at 7:30 AM
• Family Pricing: Available for families of four or more

🏅Awards Information

First place winners in each category (5k Run ONLY) will receive a small prize after the race. Finisher medals will be given to all finishers.

• Award Categories: Age groups from 5 & under to 70 & above
• Prize for: 5K winners in each age category
• Medals for: All finishers
• Post-Race Ceremony: Awards ceremony to follow 5K

• Rain Policy: This event is a RAIN or SHINE event. In case of cancellation, please check your e-mail for notification.
• Strollers: Welcome! This is a great event for the WHOLE family.
• Registering Children: We encourage registering everyone who will participate.
• Adults Required: Children must be accompanied by an adult during the 5K.

🏢Community Impact

Your $30, non-refundable race fee will be applied towards the Cape Saint Claire Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). The Cape St. Claire Parent Teacher Organization (CSC-PTO) is dedicated to supporting the education and well-being of the children in attendance at the Cape St. Claire Elementary School.
