🏢 What is a stadium climb?

• Description: During the stadium climb, participants will go up and down the stairs around lower level of the stadium, on a predetermined route. We will finish by going down the ramps inside the stadium, and enter onto the playing field through the tunnel the Panthers use.

📏 How long is the T2T Stadium Climb at the Bank of America Stadium?

• Climb Details: You will be climbing up and down the entire first level of the Bank of America Stadium. Climbers will finish by exiting on to the field through the tunnel the players use.
• Stair Steps: There is a total of 1,454 stair steps along the route.

🚑 Medical Assistance

• Availability: There will be medics on the premises in the event of an emergency.

🏃‍♂️ Climb Distance

• Hallways: Yes, participants will pass through a couple of hallways once you finish the stairs.

👥 Registration Limits

• Participants: No! The more the merrier.

⏳ Time Taken for Climb

• Variation: This depends on your fitness level as well as speed and time spent resting. Everyone will finish at a different pace.
• Competitive Climbers: May finish in less than 8 minutes, while non-competitive participants will likely finish in 15-45 minutes.

⏱️ Timed Climb

• Timing Chip: Yes. Each climber will get a timing chip. In order to receive an accurate time, please make sure your bib is clearly visible on the front of your shirt.

😓 For Tired Climbers

• Slower Climbers: Should move to the right, allowing faster climbers to pass on the left.
• Assistance: If you cannot complete the climb, just find a volunteer or staff member who can escort you to the nearest rest area and direct you to the field.

🧑‍🚒 First Responders Gear

• Turnout Gear: Yes, you may wear turnout gear. We encourage it!

🏆 Competitive Climbers

• Definition: A Competitive Climber is a stair climber who routinely participates in stair climb events and can run up the stairs, completing the climb in a very fast time.

📱 Cell Phone Policy

• Bringing Phones: Yes, you may bring your cell phone. Take lots of pictures and tag us on social media.

📅 Packet Pickup

• Dates: Packet pick up will take place on Friday, April 25 and Saturday, April 26, 2025 time and place to be determined.

🕘 Event Time

• Ceremony: The event will begin at 9:00am with a ceremony. The first climbers will start promptly at 9:45am.

• Location: Parking is available in a public garage directly across the street from the stadium.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Friends and Family

• Spectators: Yes, you can register on our website as a spectator which will allow you access to the field.

👕 Event T-shirt

• Included: Yes. All participants in the T2T Stadium Climb will receive an event t-shirt and finisher's medal. T-shirts can be picked up at the designated packet pick-up location.

👶 Minimum Age

• Policy: No, there is no minimum age to participate. Children 14 and under must have parent permission to participate.

⏰ Registration Deadline

• Timing: Anyone can register for this event up until the start of the climb. Please note there will be an increase in registration pricing as the event date approaches.

💰 Tax Deductibility

• Entry Fee: No. The entry fee helps cover the cost of producing the T2T Stadium Climb, and includes a participant T-shirt.
• Fundraising: This is why fundraising is so important! All donations made or raised above and beyond your entry fee are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

🔄 Refunds and Transfers

• Policy: No, participation is non-transferrable and registration fees are non-refundable. Your registration fee will become a fully tax-deductible contribution.

👥 Forming a Team

• How to: You can form a team while you register online by selecting the option to "Create a Team".
• Team Name: You will become the Team Captain and will be asked to enter the Team Name. Those who wish to join your team can then register by selecting the option to "Join a Team."

👨‍👧 Team Size Limit

• Participants: No - sign up as many teammates as you can!

✍️ Team Registration

• Team Captain: Yes! You can register multiple members of your team at one time!

💳 Payment by Check

• Policy: Yes, a team can submit one check from its company for every team member's registration fee.
