🏙️ What is a stadium climb?

• Details: During the stadium climb, participants will go up and down the stairs around lower level of the stadium, on a predetermined route.
• Finish Line: We will finish by going down the ramps inside the stadium, and enter onto the playing field through the tunnel the Panthers use.

⏳ How long is the T2T Stadium Climb?

• Route: You will be climbing up and down the entire first level of the Bank of America Stadium.
• Completion: Climbers will finish by exiting on to the field through the tunnel the players use.
• Stairs: There is a total of 1,454 stair steps along the route.

🚑 Will there be medical assistance?

• Support: There will be medics on the premises in the event of an emergency.

🏃 Will hallways be included in the climb distance?

• Passages: Yes, participants will pass through a couple of hallways once you finish the stairs.

👥 Is there a limit on registration?

• Capacity: No! The more the merrier.

⏲️ How long does the T2T stadium climb take?

• Pacing: This depends on your fitness level as well as speed and time spent resting.
• Competitive Climbers: May finish in less than 8 minutes.
• Non-competitive: Participants will likely finish in 15-45 minutes.

🕒 Is this a timed climb?

• Timing: Yes. Each climber will get a timing chip.
• Visibility: Please make sure your bib is clearly visible on the front of your shirt.
• Results: Check back shortly for information on wave assignments and the link to the website with official results!

😓 What should I do if I can't finish?

• Movement: Slower climbers should move to the right, allowing faster climbers to pass on the left.
• Assistance: If you cannot complete the climb, just find a volunteer or staff member who can escort you to the nearest rest area and direct you to the field.

👮 Can first responders wear gear?

• Encouraged: Yes, you may wear turnout gear. We encourage it!

🏆 What is a "Competitive Climber"?

• Description: A Competitive Climber is a stair climber who routinely participates in stair climb events and can run up the stairs, completing the climb in a very fast time.

📱 Can I bring my cell phone?

• Allowed: Yes, you may bring your cell phone. Take lots of pictures and tag us on social media.

📦 When can I pick up my registration packet?

• Schedule: Packet pick up will take place on Friday, April 25 and Saturday, April 26, 2025, time and place to be determined.

🕘 What time should I arrive?

• Ceremony: The event will begin at 9:00am with a ceremony.
• Start: The first climbers will start promptly at 9:45am.

🅿️ Is parking available?

• Location: Parking is available in a public garage directly across the street from the stadium.

👪 Can friends and family wait at the finish?

• Registration: Yes, you can register on our website as a spectator which will allow you access to the field.

👕 Will I receive an event T-shirt?

• Included: Yes. All participants in the T2T Stadium Climb will receive an event t-shirt and finisher's medal.
• Pickup: T-shirts can be picked up at the designated packet pick-up location.

👶 Is there a minimum age to participate?

• Policy: No, there is no minimum age to participate. Children 14 and under must have parent permission to participate.

📅 When is the deadline to register?

• Registration Timeframe: Anyone can register for this event up until the start of the climb.
• Pricing: Please note there will be an increase in registration pricing as the event date approaches.

💵 Is any portion of my entry fee tax-deductible?

• Fees: No. The entry fee helps cover the cost of producing the T2T Stadium Climb, and includes a participant T-shirt.
• Fundraising: This is why fundraising is so important! All donations made or raised above and beyond your entry fee are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

❌ Can I get a refund or transfer my registration?

• Policy: No, participation is non-transferrable and registration fees are non-refundable.
• Contribution: Your registration fee will become a fully tax-deductible contribution.

👥 How do I form a team?

• Registration: You can form a team while you register online by selecting the option to "Create a Team".
• Team Captain: You will become the Team Captain and will be asked to enter the Team Name.
• Joining: Those who wish to join your team can then register by selecting the option to "Join a Team."

✋ Is there a limit on team size?

• Capacity: No - sign up as many teammates as you can!

👩‍✈️ Can I enroll all members of my team at once?

• Process: Yes! You can register multiple members of your team at one time!

💳 Can I pay for my whole team by company check?

• Payment: Yes, a team can submit one check from its company for every team member's registration fee.
