Tunnel to Towers Tower Climb - Charlotte, NC

🏢 T2T Stadium Climb Overview

• Climb Details: You will be climbing up and down the entire first level of the Bank of America Stadium. Climbers will finish by exiting on to the field through the tunnel the players use.
• Medical Assistance: There will be medics on the premises in the event of an emergency.
• Hallway Access: Yes, participants will pass through a couple of hallways once you finish the stairs.
• Registration Limit: No! The more the merrier.

⏳ Climb Duration and Timing

• Time Expectation: This depends on your fitness level as well as speed and time spent resting. Everyone will finish at a different pace. Competitive Climbers may finish in less than 8 minutes, while non-competitive participants will likely finish in 15-45 minutes.
• Timing Chip: Yes. Each climber will get a timing chip. In order to receive an accurate time, please make sure your bib is clearly visible on the front of your shirt.
• Assistance During Climb: Slower climbers should move to the right, allowing faster climbers to pass on the left.
• Completion Help: If you cannot complete the climb, just find a volunteer or staff member who can escort you to the nearest rest area and direct you to the field.

👨‍🚒 First Responder Participation

• Gear Policy: Yes, you may wear turnout gear. We encourage it!
• Competitive Climbers: A Competitive Climber is a stair climber who routinely participates in stair climb events and can run up the stairs, completing the climb in a very fast time.
• Cell Phone Use: Yes, you may bring your cell phone. Take lots of pictures and tag us on social media.
• Packet Pick Up: Packet pick up will take place on Friday, April 25 and Saturday, April 26, 2025 time and place to be determined.

🕒 Event Schedule

• Arrival Time: The event will begin at 9:00am with a ceremony. The first climbers will start promptly at 9:45am.
• Event Location: 800 South Mint Street, Charlotte, NC 28202.
• Parking Availability: Parking is available in a public garage directly across the street from the stadium.
• Spectator Registration: Yes, you can register on our website as a spectator which will allow you access to the field.

👕 Participation and Registration Details

• Event T-shirt: Yes. All participants in the T2T Stadium Climb will receive an event t-shirt and finisher's medal.
• Age Minimum: No, there is no minimum age to participate. Children 14 and under must have parent permission to participate.
• Registration Deadline: Anyone can register for this event up until the start of the climb. Please note there will be an increase in registration pricing as the event date approaches.
• Tax-deductibility: No. The entry fee helps cover the cost of producing the T2T Stadium Climb, and includes a participant T-shirt.

🤝 Team Formation and Fundraising

• Team Registration: You can form a team while you register online by selecting the option to "Create a Team".
• Team Size Limit: No - sign up as many teammates as you can!
• Registration by Team Captains: Yes! You can register multiple members of your team at one time!
• Company Payments: Yes, a team can submit one check from its company for every team member's registration fee.

💰 Fundraising Opportunities

• Fundraising Post-Event: YES! We encourage everyone to raise additional funds up until July 1, 2024 to qualify for cool incentive prizes.
