• Location: Seal Point Park, San Mateo, CA

🏅 5K Run/Walk Details

• Participation Fee: Start the day with a 5K Run or Walk on the bay trail at Seal Point Park!
• Strollers and Dogs: Welcome with mindfulness to other participants.
• Included: Race T-shirt with registration.
• Wellness Fair: FREE admission after the 5K Run/Walk.

🌟 Wellness Fair Activities

• Time: Starts at 9:00 am.
• Activities: Yoga, painting, food trucks, and local wellness exhibitors.
• Participation: No need to register separately: included with your 5K ticket.
• Complimentary Entry: The Wellness Fair is free to all event attendees!

🏆 Team Registration Opportunities

• Team Competitions: Prize opportunity for the team with the highest participation.
• Create/Join a Team: Indicate during registration if you want to create or join a group.
• Group Types: Friends and Family, Team Building, Student/Youth Groups.
• Group Names: Ideas include "Wellness Warriors," "Advocates for Awareness," and more.

• Method 2: Navigate to “More” and select “Group/Teams” on the event page.
