📅 Race Day Information

• Bibs and Chips Availability: Only available on race day at the race site beginning at 12:00 PM.
• T-shirt Pickup: Registrants who registered by the T-shirt deadline of 03/21/25 can pick up their T-shirt and swag bag at early packet pick-up or the day of the race.
• Post-Race Items: Registrants who registered after that date will have T-shirts available on a first-come, first-served basis at early packet pickup or the day of the race.

🕒 Prior to the Race

• Paperless Registration: Efficient registration process.
• Dynamic Bib Assignment: Proceed directly to the "Check In" area to receive your bib.

🏁 During the Race

• Chip Start/Finish: Timed race with chip technology.
• Instant SMS Results: Receive a text of your preliminary results as soon as you finish.
• Automatic Photo Capture: Photos uploaded to RunSignUp and are free to view/download.
• Finish Line Video: You'll see a "video" link under your time on RunSignUp after the video is uploaded.

🏅 After You Finish

• Results Kiosk: Scan your tags to receive a sticker showing your results.
• Live Scrolling Results: A TV showing live scrolling results will be available.
• Quick Results TV: A TV that displays your results automatically.

⚠️ Important Information

• Preliminary Results: Instant/quick results are preliminary: official results will be printed and handed to the race director.
• Reusable Tags: We are using reusable shoe/hip tags for better performance.
• Tag Return: Detach your tags after the race and return them in the green Results Kiosk dome tent.

👶 Children's Participation

Children 6 and under are free but will not receive a swag bag, T-shirt, or race bib. Ages 7-17 can qualify for a discounted price including all the perks of regular registration.

🕑 Race Timing

Race starts at 2:00 PM this year! Children’s Fun Run starts at 1:00 PM.

💵 Registration Fees

Register early! Prices increase to $45.00 for adults and $30.00 for children on March 22, 2025.
