You’ve conquered the 5K – now it’s time to go Beyond the 5K! This program is designed to help you safely and confidently train for your next milestone: the 10K. With expert coaching, supportive teammates, and a training plan to help you reach your goal, we’ll guide you every step of the way. Join us as we train together, celebrate milestones, and cross that 10K finish line!

📅 Program Details

• Duration: 8 weeks of training for runners looking to grow beyond the 5K distance.
• Meetings: In-person on Saturdays to build mileage together.
• Experience: Prior to joining, you should be comfortable running a 5K (3 miles).
• Interaction: Direct interaction with your coach, other NJM members, and teammates.

🏆 Coaching and Support

• Certified Coach: Professional RRCA certified running coach providing guidance and motivation.
• Volunteers: Encouragement from volunteers joining training runs and sharing experiences.
• Communication: Your coach will be available via email, phone, and in-person for support.
• Updates: Frequent email communications throughout the program.
