The 47th Annual Woods and Lakes Run will take place on April 26, 2025, at Birchwood Lake in Mountain Lakes, NJ. Join us for two exciting races designed for both men and women aged 30 and over!
🏅 Race Details
- Races Offered: Traditional 10K Run and simultaneous 5K Run.
- Location: Start & Finish at Birchwood Lake, Mountain Lakes, New Jersey.
- Course: A scenic, mostly flat loop through woods and around lakes.
- Surface Conditions: Running surfaces will include macadam walkways, gravel paths, and scenic wooded trails. There may be mud, logs, and other challenging obstacles.
