• Participate in: MURPH / LOREDO, Half-Marathon / 5K, Kids Mini-Salute

👦 Fun After the Race

POST-RACE will end with a Kids and Winners Tug-of-War Competition!!

🏃‍♂️ Race Categories

• MURPH: 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air-squats, 1-mile run
• LOREDO: .25-mile run, 24 air-squats, 24 push-ups, 24 lunges
• KIDS SALUTE: .25-mile run, 12 air-squats, 12 push-ups, 12 sit-ups
• Tug of War: M/F Award Winners Murph, Loredo, Half & 5K, and Kids divided amongst top 6

🎶 Pre and Post Race Activities

• Pre-Race Fun: Music, Sponsor/Vendor Booths, and Donation Drawing
• Post-Race Fun: Live results, refreshments, awards, and TUG-of-WAR
