29th Annual Saint Paul 5K Spirit Run/Walk and 1/2 mile Kids Dash

🏃‍♂️ Event Details

• Date: April 12, 2025
• Location: 1755 W Harrison Blvd., Valparaiso, IN
• 7:30am: Packet pick up at the school
• 9:00am: Kids Dash starts: 9:15am: 5K race starts

📅 Course Information

The course will take you up Old Oak through the backroads of Manchester Meadows and loop back to the start line.

📲 Timing and Results

• Start Times: Each participant’s start time will be recorded as they cross the starting line.
• Notifications: As participants finish, they will receive a text message and/or email with their finishing time.
• Live Results: A list of overall finishing times for all competitors will be continually updated at thtiming.com while the race is in progress.

🏅 Registration Information

• Packet Pick Up: Available on April 11th from 10:00am - 5:30pm at Extra Mile (3400 Calumet Ave, Valparaiso, IN 46383).
• Online Registration: Open until 8:30am on the day of the race.
• Race Day Registration: Participants wishing to register on race morning should do so online at home or on their personal device at the race site.
• Veterans Discount: In honor of Veterans, a discount code will be provided upon request to the race director.

👕 Race T-Shirts

T-Shirts will be guaranteed for all who register prior to March 13th. Race T-Shirts will then be provided until supplies run out.

🏆 Awards Information

Overall: Top Male and Female, Masters Male and Female, Clydesdale and Athena top three in each.

Age Groups: Awards for top three male and female finishers.

• Categories: 8-under, 9-10 years, 11-12 years, 13-14 years, 15-19 years, 20-24 years, 25-29 years, 30-34 years, 35-39 years, 40-44 years, 45-49 years, 50-54 years, 55-59 years, 60-64 years, 65-69 years, 70-74 years, 75-79 years, and 80+ years.
