CKF's 5K for Life

Join us on September 27th at Coffee Creek Preserve in Chesterton, IN for the first ever CKF's 5k for Life. We will be bringing the community together to share the message of organ, eye, and tissue donation and show the world what a transplant makes possible.

• Registration: Only 48% of Americans sign up to help those in need.

• Mission: CKF's mission is to educate and inspire individuals to make a difference and register as organ, eye, and tissue donors.

👥 Participation Details

We welcome everyone to take part in our 5k whether you have a connection to donation and transplant or you just want to get out and be active. This event is for all ages and abilities. You can walk or run the race whichever you are comfortable with.

🎉 Event Features

• Vendors: We will have local vendors present at the event.
• T-Shirts: All racers will receive a t-shirt.
• Entertainment: There will be music and more!
• Registration Fees: Registration is $20 for adults and $15 for kids (under 12).
