Join us on Saturday, April 12th, 2025 for the LITE LOPE 5K Walk/Run, sponsored by Kettering Health and in partnership with Molson Coors Beverage Company and the Great Miami Valley YMCA! All race proceeds will go to support the LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA Cancer Survivor Exercise Program.

👕 Participant Perks

• Shirt: Each participant receives a short sleeve race shirt.
• Deadline: You must sign up by March 28th to guarantee a race shirt.
• Availability: Any left over shirts will be sold race day, cash only, on a first come first serve basis.

🏋️ LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA

The Great Miami Valley YMCA is committed to supporting the health and well-being of our community. Through LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA, a FREE 12-week research-based program, the YMCA supports cancer survivors and their families in regaining their physical, emotional and spiritual strength. This health and wellness exercise program is conducted in a small group setting that includes the ability to share and connect with other participants.

• Mission: LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is an important piece of the Y’s mission to promote healthy living for those who have or have had a chronic disease like cancer.
• Goals: We aim to help those who have been affected by the disease and are looking to reclaim their strength, flexibility and more.
