Please join us for this year’s Flutterby Cincinnati fundraiser on Saturday, June 14th at Miami Whitewater Forest & Harbor!

• Date: June 14th, 2025
• Time: 9 am - Family friendly one mile walk
• Location: 9001 Mt. Hope Road, Harrison, OH
• Ending: BYOP (bring your own picnic) by the water with music, kid activities, and more!

💡 Registration Notes

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR REGISTRATION: Please individually register each person in your family that is attending so that each person is listed in your cart as a participant, and make sure to include their dates of birth as anyone under 18 is free. All proceeds will go to organizations that benefit local pregnancy and infant loss families.

❓ FAQs

• Weather Policy: In the case of severe weather, the walk portion will be cancelled, and we will relocate the rest of the event to 13 Below Brewery from 12-2 pm, and you can complete the walk virtually any time in June.
• Alternative Support: You can register for the virtual walk, buy a shirt, donate online, or become a sponsor even if you can’t attend.
• Event Attendance: You can join the picnic without walking or just do the walk: all choices are welcome!
• Park Entry: Miami Whitewater usually requires an admittance fee, but it’s on us for Flutterby friends. Just tell them you’re attending the Flutterby Cincinnati event.

🗺️ Getting to the Event

• Park Entrances: There are two entrances: one off Mt. Hope Rd and one off West Rd.
• Location: Event will be in Harbor Point, a grassy area between the snack bar and the lake.
• Signage: There will be signs guiding you to the event area.
• GPS Directions: Use the address listed here for GPS.

🎒 What to Bring

• Picnic Supplies: Bring blankets and chairs for the picnic, cooler for your food.
• Essentials: Bug spray, hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and water bottles are recommended.
• Cash: Bring cash for the split the pot and raffle tickets: Venmo will also be accepted.
• Weather Gear: The event is rain or shine, so pack a rain jacket just in case.

🐾 Pet Policy

• Dogs: Friendly dogs are welcome, but please keep them on a leash at all times.
• Bikes/Scooters: No bikes or scooters during the walk, but you can use them in the park afterwards.
• Strollers/Wagons: Strollers and wagons are allowed for those with little ones.

🍽️ Food Options

• BYOP: This is a Bring Your Own Picnic event!
• Snacks: Cold drinks and treats will be available, or visit the snack bar.
• Nearby Restaurants: Options include Chandler’s Burger Bistro, Dairy Queen, Skyline, and more!

📶 Connectivity

How's the wifi/internet/cell reception at the park? Honestly, our experience varies: some days it’s better than others, so keep in mind that the reception may be spotty in that part of the park.
