45th Annual Nutri-Run 20k & 5 Mile Race

🏃‍♀️ Race Overview

The 45th Annual Nutri-Run will be held again at The Chapel with the same course from prior years. It is still that early Spring race with often unpredictable race day conditions that we have come to love.

🅿️ Parking & Bib Pick-Up

• Parking Location: The Chapel has requested that we park in their NORTH parking lot. They have other events occurring that are using the other lots.
• Registration Cutoffs: Early registration closes at 3/09/25 11:59 PM. Final online registration closes 3/21/25 11:59 PM.
• Race Day Registration: There will be race day registration beginning 3/22/25 9:00 AM at the race bib pick-up.
• Bib Pick-Up Time: Race bib pick-up will occur race day starting at 9:00 AM at DOOR 1 (see red arrow in the image). Restrooms are also available at door 1.

⏰ Race Details

• Early Start: Available at 10AM for 20k participants who would like more time on the course.
• Refreshments: Refreshments will be on the course but the traffic officers won’t be on course until the official start.
• Nutri-Run Glasses: There will be Nutri-run glasses.
• Awards: Award information to be released later in the FWRC Newsletter and on Facebook.

🏞️ Course Description

The 5 mile course is a nice flat loop with Water and Gatorade as indicated on the course.

The 20K course has a peaceful country down and back added onto the 5 mile loop. The course is flat with Water, Gatorade and a Porta John on the course.
