Join us for the 5th Annual Fort4Fitness Summer Sunset Relay! Sign up your team (or as an individual) to run as many one-mile laps as possible during the four-hour time frame. The 2025 event location is the MedPro Group campus on Reed Road in Fort Wayne.

- Supplies: Tents, coolers and other supplies to keep you going are encouraged!
- Activities: Look forward to activities around the course, free water stations and live entertainment throughout the day.
- Swag: Participants receive an event tank top (or visor) and medal.
👥 Team Registration
Those participating on a team should designate a "captain" who can create a unique team name and password to be shared with other team members when registering.
