Chase the Shadow is a free, untimed fun run/walk/roll that is open to participants of all fitness levels.

📝 How Does It Work?
- Finish Before: Just finish the 5k route before The Shadow.
- Guided Route: Participants will follow a bicycle lead on a route that follows the Fort Wayne Trails network.
- Safety Note: The route will be clearly marked, but follow traffic laws at road crossings.
- Trophies: Fun trophies for first place male and female finishers, and first place boy and girl (under 13).
⏰ Schedule
- The Shadow Launch: 1:00 PM
- Race Launch: 1:05 PM
- Awards Begin: 2:00 PM
🎭 Dress Code
So put on your best ninja suit, cool tuxedo T-shirt, or simply a black T-shirt.
- Outfit Encouragement: This is the only time we encourage walkers and runners to dress in black.
- Untimed Fun Run: Chase the Shadow is an untimed fun run.
- Race Clock: A race clock will be on site if you want to see your time.
- Share Your Adventure: Record your activity and share on social media.
