🏃♀️ Event Overview
Elizabeth High School - FJCA Physical Education staff in collaboration with the American Cancer Society will be hosting its FOURTH ANNUAL 5k run/walk! Whether you’re a competitive runner or just a casual runner, or even just someone who is looking to get some good exercise by walking, the Elizabeth Relay for Life 5K Run/Walk is for you! All ages are welcome!
🌟 Purpose
- Encouragement: We are looking to encourage physical activity.
- Community: Bring the community together.
- Fundraising: Raise money to help fund cancer research in collaboration with the American Cancer Society.
- 100% Donation: 100% of the money raised will go to the American Cancer Society to help fund cancer research.
⏱️ Official Timing
For the FIRST TIME the race will be OFFICIALLY TIMED with the help of Blue Ridge Timing.
📝 Registration Details
- Start Time: Race day registration and bib pickup will open at 9:00am on the day of the event.
- Registration Fee: Race day registration fee: $20.
- Weather: The race will go on rain or shine.
- Water Stations: There will be water stations for the runners as well.
💪 Join the Movement
Invite family, friends, and co-workers to join the movement to help the fight against cancer! On-line registration ends on April 4th. Credit cards not accepted on race day.
