🍀 Event Overview
A family friendly event for all neighbors of Chapman Farm.
🏃♂️ Race Details
- Start Time: Race starts at 10:30 with runners and then walkers follow.
- Race Format: Runners will complete two laps around the neighborhood. Walkers will walk one loop.
- Awards: Age group winners for runners.
- Community Event: The community potluck will occur after the run/walk.
📅 Registration Information
- Invitation: All neighbors are invited to the events.
- Weather Policy: The event is rain or shine and no refunds.
- Registration: There will be NO race day registration. Please make sure to register early!
- Special Offer: This year the first 175 people to sign up to run or walk will receive a Chapman Farm Fun Run beanie.
📦 Packet Pick Up
- Timing: Will occur the week of the race. More details as we get closer.
- Location: On Saturday, from 9:30-10:30am runners and walkers will be able to pick up their packets at the clubhouse.
- Plan Ahead: Please allow time to pick up packets.
🙌 Volunteer Opportunities
- Sign Up: Please click on the volunteers section of the webpage to sign up to help.
- Assistance Needed: We need help from bringing tables to pot luck dishes.
- Race Day Support: We are also in need of support on the race day.
- Youth Volunteering: Middle and high school students may help, and we will sign a volunteer form!
