🏃‍♂️ LivRun’s Mission

• Purpose: The mission of LivRun is to create a fundraising opportunity for individuals who are passionate about running and participating in local running events in (or near) Southern Connecticut.

🤝 Join the LivRun Team

• Support: Come be a Champion for LivFree and use your passion to help families battling pediatric cancer.
• Mission: At LivFree our mission is to bring moments of joy to families by giving them a break from treatment.
• Opportunities: Whether it be a visit to a movie theater, a sporting event or anything in between, we help families have something to look forward to during their tough time.

📝 Registration Options

1. 🌟 Full Time Team Member

• Entries: As an INDIVIDUAL member of the LivRun team you will gain entry in up to 10 races of your choosing from our list, free of charge.
• Apparel: LivRun Race Dry Fit Race T-Shirt
• Swag: All the race swag from the races you register for
• Fundraising: $1500 fundraising commitment to be raised by 11:59pm on 12/31/25

2. 🌈 Part Time Team Member

• Entries: As an INDIVIDUAL member of the LivRun team you will gain entry in up to 5 races of your choosing from our list, free of charge.
• Apparel: LivRun Race Dry Fit Race T-Shirt
• Swag: All the race swag from the races you register for
• Fundraising: $750 fundraising commitment to be raised by 11:59pm on 12/31/25

3. 👯‍♂️ Duo Team Member

• Partnership: Grab a friend, spouse, family member, or colleague and commit to LivRun together - you each will receive entry into 5 races of your choosing from our list, free of charge.
• Apparel: Each of you will get a LivRun Race Dry Fit Race T-Shirt
• Fundraising: Each of you will have a $750 fundraising commitment to be raised by 11:59pm on 12/31/25

4. 🧒 Junior Team Member

• Entries: As a Junior member of LivRun you will gain entry into up to 3 races of your choosing from our list of races, free of charge
• Apparel: LivRun Race Dry Fit Race T-Shirt
• Fundraising: $500 fundraising commitment to be raised by 11:59pm on 12/31/25

📅 Race Season Details

• Start Date: The LivRun season officially starts in March 2025.
• Support: Prior and throughout you will get access to monthly training plans and vlog newsletters from Coach Jim McCaffrey (also the Chief Inspiration Officer at LivFree).
