We, at the JCC of Greater New Haven, are excited to announce the 13th Murray Lender 5K Bagel Run, will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2025. The JCC is offering babysitting services during all races.

5K Course: USA Track & Field Certified 5K course winding through the beautiful residential neighborhoods of Woodbridge.

📍 Starting Line

Starting line: 360 Amity Road, Woodbridge - JCC Campus near JCC Day Camps' entrance.

🎉 Alternative Events

Want to take part in the day's festivities, but don't want to commit to a 5K?

• Family Fitness Walk: Try our two-mile Family Fitness Walk.
• Kids Costume Race: Come early for the Kids Costume Race.
• Group Participation: Groups are encouraged to participate in all three events.
• Free T-Shirts: Free race event t-shirts are provided to all pre-registered participants of both the 5K and Family Fit Walk who register before September 1, 2022.

• 7:30 AM: Registration Opens
• 8:45 AM: FREE Kids Costume Race
• 9:30 AM: 5K Race on USATF Certified Course
• 9:30 AM: 2 Mile Family Fitness Walk/Run
• 10:30 AM: Bagel Breakfast and awards

🎊 Post-Race Block Party

Our Post-Race Block Party will feature:

• DJ Entertainment: DJ Entertainment provided by Liverpool Productions
• Sidewalk Sale: Sidewalk sale by Woodbridge Running Company
• Awards: Prizes for top three men and women overall and in each age group
• Bagels: Bagels and cream cheese from Katz's Deli
• Variety of Goodies: Delicious kosher and non-kosher goodies
• Costumes: Costumes encouraged
• Story Walk: Join PJ Library for a Story Walk
• Bounce House: Kids bounce house
• Pets: Dogs allowed!
