It's time for our Run in the New Year 5k, 10k, 15k, Half Marathon fun run/walk!!!
⏰ Event Schedule
- Check-in: 7-7:30AM for everyone
- Start Time: 7:30AM
- Half Marathon Cut-off: 10:45AM, option to start early by emailing abetterworldrunning@gmail.com
- Location: 5400 E. Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, CA 90803 (off of 54th Place and Ocean Blvd.)
🚗 Parking and Logistics
- Carpool: Please plan on carpooling and arriving early to find parking.
- Restroom Access: Bring toilet paper just in case, as the beach restrooms are not always fully stocked that early in the morning.
- Directions: Do not use Apple Maps as a GPS: use Google Maps or Waze. A map photo is available on the website.

🏅 Race Logistics
- Results: All participants will have their results posted with names and times.
- Free Photos: Available on our Facebook page after the event!
- Course Amenities: Numerous restrooms and water fountains along the course.
- Stroller Policy: Running/walking with a stroller is allowed.
